First, I would like to thank Cali. You helped me discover the writer within myself and gave me the confidence to share my thoughts, feelings, and poetry with others. Your encouragement became part of the foundation upon which this book was built, and I will always be grateful for the inspiration you gave me.

I lovingly remember my grandfather, Albert Mark Keane of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. His character, wisdom, and example influenced me throughout my entire life. I know he is my angel, watching over me from Heaven, and I believe he will be waiting for me when my own journey is complete. His spirit remains alive in my heart and within these pages.

To my children, thank you for the love, meaning, and purpose you have brought into my life.

To my mother and father, thank you for your unconditional love, your sacrifices, and the foundation you gave me.
